Description
Taiyo Europe was assigned the design and fabrication of the ETFE cushions, facing the challenge of providing direct sunlight into the shopping mall below, as well as acting as a side cladding for the monorail tram station on the upper floor. The 3-layer cushions ensure the required thermal insulation to the facility and they help regulate the energy inside the building; this is done by using a silver printed top layer.
