Description
Estadio Mineirão in Belo Horizonte, Brazil has been transformed into a modern stadium with a new tensile roofing system from Birdair, Inc. The TiO2-coated PTFE fiberglass membrane roof provides fans with much-needed comfort and allows daylight to reach the stadium’s playing field. TiO2 (titanium dioxide) is a non-toxic and flame-resistant coating applied to the fiberglass membrane that requires less maintenance due to its self-cleaning capabilities.
